"After natural disasters, communities often come together, pooling resources to rebuild. Well, the guy at the botanic garden where Tansy Perkins is supposed to set up her makeshift library clearly never got that message. The hurricane that swept through Houston damaged both Tansy’s library and Jack Reid’s gardens. Now the two have to share desperately needed resources to rebuild. The more time they spend together, though, it’s clear that Tansy and the, ahem, Plant Daddy have chemistry. They might even have a future if they can navigate the debris left by previous natural disasters in their personal lives."
